EXHIBITOR LIAISON SERVICES
We serve as the welcoming committee for all of your exhibitors, partners and sponsors.

Enter exhibitors into database and disseminate appropriate information to contractors

Provide customer service support for all event participants

Recommend and implement goals, objectives and practices for providing efficient customer service

Research and resolve issues both internally and with contractors

Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Assist with development of customer service and concierge training for guest service employees onsite
SHOW SITE MANAGEMENT
We are the first ones to arrive and the last to leave. From start to finish, we will ensure a smooth experience for partners, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.

Supervise contractors and labor during move in to ensure services are delivered as ordered and in a timely, professional manner

Meet with contractors on a daily basis to approve set ups and planned delivery of services

Ensure event is completed smoothly and resolve any problems that may arise

Welcome exhibitors and guests, help answer questions and / or direct them to the appropriate contractor or internal staff member
